- To reserve an apartment a deposit from 15% to 50% or in some cases the full amount 100% is required. This amount depends on the booked apartment,its compulsary to contact us for long stay rental. • This % payment could be made with a credit card or through bank transfer and the remaining (%) including the final cleaning is to be paid in CASH upon arrival at check in point together with the refundable security deposit.
-Cleaning fee:
Also cleaning fee ranges from 40 to 80euros.The cleaning of the apartment is done at the end of your stay.. It is very important that this payment is made before the exchange of apartment keys.
- For short reservations of 3 days or less we have the right to request the total amount to be transferred to our bank account at once. This is valid also for seasons of special events or festivals like Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Fairs, etc. • For a stay morethan a month we might request a total amount or the first month payment.
- Please, note that lodgerstrip will not confirm the booking until the pacial payment is made. • A refundable security deposit ranging from 150-300€ must be paid on arrival and which will be fully refunded at the depature after inspection of the apartment and the owner of the apartment confirmed that no damage was made. Be aware that some apartment owners might request for your credit card information,in this case it will be specified in your reservation.
-We will ask you to fill in a form with your data and your credit card details. After you check out and once we have inspected the apartment and checked it is in good conditions you will receive an e-mail cancelling the credit card form. • Please, note that for some apartments the signature of a House Rules and Conditions Contract could be requested at your arrival.
-Cancellation condition for daily rental •
If the client cancels a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period. - 14days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be refunded , cancellation lessthan 14days before arrival requires "NO" refund.
-Please note that the % reservation deposit is non-refundable. • In case that lodgerstrip is unable to provide the client the booked property, lodgerstrip reserves the right to transfer him/her to a property of similar characteristics. If no agreement is reached, both contractual parties are authorized to cancel the contract. In this case, losgerstrip will refund the client the whole amount paid (except the days the clients stays if there were any will be charged).lodgerstrip will not be hold responsible for further claims or demands by the client.
Monthly rental conditions
Maximum rentals for our longstay is 6months.
Ranges from 1000€ monthly to 2500€ and 1 to 2months refundable deposit is required
Agent commssion also is required.
To book 1month is required online.
Cancellation condition monthly rental:
1month before arrival 100% refund
Lessthan a month 2weeks minimum 50% refund.
Lessthan 2weeks 0% refund.
Legal liabilities
Neither LODGERSTRIP nor the owner will be responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the apartment, including breakages, loss after fire, accident and injured, theft or vandalism.
LODGERSTRIP will not be responsible for any errors or omissions which might arise from the information published on its website and reserves the right to change details of the apartments such as prices, descriptions and photographs.
LODGERSTRIP reserves the right to update any of the terms and conditions of use at any moment should the needs of the business demand. Users are responsible for ensuring the validity of terms and conditions included on the website. The use of services on the website entails the agreement and acceptance of terms and conditions.
